Composed by Les Wootton and published in English Dance & Song, Spring 1972.

The Music

Any 32 bar jig.

The Formation

Couples in a circle, evenly spaced, Follows on the right, all holding hands in a circle.

The Figure

8 bars: Walk four steps in to center, and four steps back out. Walk four steps in again, then the Follow backs out as the Lead turns to face her.

8 bars: Do-Si-Do partner. Then all step left-together-left-touch, right-together-right-touch.

8 bars: Take left hands with partner (to your left diagonal) and right hands with the person to your right diagonal (form a wave). Balance the wave, then turn partner halfway by the left to switch places with them. Balance the new wave, then turn new partner by the right to switch places with them.

8 bars: Turn third partner all the way around to face back to second partner. Swing (buzz step) second partner, then fall back into a circle to repeat.
